Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, size discrepancies, or items damaged during transit.
- An unboxing video showing the unopened package and the issue is mandatory for initiating a return.
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return:
- Email care@wrenin.com with:
- Order details (Order ID and date).
- An unboxing video showing the defect, damage, or size issue.
2. Approval:
- Once verified, we will provide further instructions for the return or exchange.
Size Exchange Policy
- If you need an exchange due to a size issue, please check the size chart carefully before requesting.
- Shipping charges for size exchanges must be borne by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products without the required unboxing video.
- Items damaged due to misuse.
- Washed, used, or altered products.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only for verified manufacturing defects or approved size discrepancies.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
Defective or Damaged Items
- Any damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing care@wrenin.com with the required unboxing video.
